Complaint Resolution Policy

Last updated: October 18, 2026

We want every EverydayCPE course to be accurate, useful and worth the credit it carries. If something falls short, whether it’s a course’s content, a quiz, a certificate, or a charge, tell us and we will put it right.

How to raise a complaint

Email team@everydaycpe.com and include:

  • your name and the email address on your account
  • the course title, or the certificate or charge concerned
  • what went wrong, and what outcome you would like

What happens next

  1. Acknowledgement. We confirm we have received your complaint within five business days.
  2. Review. The person responsible for the course or account reviews it. Questions about course content go to the course’s author and content reviewer.
  3. Response. We send you a written response with our decision and any corrective action within 30 days, and usually much sooner. Depending on the issue, that may be a corrected course or certificate, a reissued certificate, a refund or credit, or an explanation.
  4. Escalation. If you aren’t satisfied with the response, reply and ask for it to be escalated. Flick Labs LLC’s management will review it and respond within a further 30 days.

We keep a record of every complaint and how it was resolved, and use them to improve our courses.
