Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 18, 2026

EverydayCPE is owned and operated by Flick Labs LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use everydaycpe.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Account information: your name, email address and password (stored in hashed form).
  • CPE records: the courses you start and complete, quiz and assessment results, evaluations, and the certificates we issue to you.
  • Payment information: handled by our payment processor. We see your billing name, the last four digits of your card and your transaction history, but we never see or store your full card number.
  • Usage information: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and similar data collected through cookies and analytics tools.
  • Messages you send us: emails, lesson suggestions and feedback.

How we use it

  • To deliver courses, track your progress and issue CPE certificates.
  • To keep the CPE records that NASBA requires sponsors to retain.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To send you lessons, account notices and, if you subscribe, our newsletter. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To understand how the site is used, and to improve it and keep it secure.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run EverydayCPE, and only as much as they need. They include our website host (WordPress.com, by Automattic), our course database provider (Supabase), our video and content delivery provider (Cloudflare), our email service, our payment processor, and Google Analytics. If your employer pays for your seat on a team or firm plan, we share your course completions and certificates with your firm’s plan administrator. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to a state board of accountancy or NASBA to verify your CPE records.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and preferences, and measure site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but some features, such as signing in, won’t work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep CPE completion records for at least five years, as NASBA requires. We keep other account information while your account is open and for a reasonable period afterward, unless you ask us to delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can update your account details in My Account. To get a copy of your information, correct it, or delete your account, email team@everydaycpe.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we honor those requests. We may keep CPE records we’re required to retain even after you close your account.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reputable providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Children

EverydayCPE is for working professionals and isn’t directed at anyone under 16. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes and contact

If we make significant changes to this policy, we’ll update the date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email. Questions? Email team@everydaycpe.com.
