Yes. A certificate is automatically generated after completing each course. It includes your name (based on your username) and all required NASBA details. Need a full list of your completed courses? Just email team@everydayCPE.com, and we’ll send you a file within 24 hours.

Can I access the platform on mobile devices?
Yes! EverydayCPE.com works on any device through a web browser. We’re currently developing a mobile app and will notify users once it’s ready.

I need a printout of all my courses for NASBA or my state CPE provider.
No problem! Just email us at team@everydayCPE.com or use the contact form on our site, and we’ll send your report within 24 hours. Check out your CPE Dashboard.

How can I suggest ideas for new content?
We’d love to hear from you. Please submit your ideas using our contact form, and we’ll work to add the content you’re looking for as soon as possible.

Do I have to complete a course all at once?
Not at all! You can start a course and finish it whenever it’s convenient for you. You have up to one year to complete each course after starting it.

I signed up and paid $10/month, but I’m no longer interested.
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your membership menu (person icon in the top right). If you have any quesitons reach out to team@everydayCPE.com if you’d like help or are interested in a potential refund.

How do I know how many credits a course is worth?
Each course is worth 0.2 CPE credit hours, which is noted in the course introduction and documentation. Courses are designed to take about 10 minutes to complete.

What happens if I fail the quiz? Can I retake it?
Each course includes two quiz questions. You must answer both correctly to receive credit. If you don’t pass, simply rewatch the video and retake the quiz—there’s no limit on retries.

Do your courses cover ethics, fraud, or other subject areas?
We cover most of the core NASBA categories, but we currently do not offer ethics or other topics that require additional state-level approval. Please check with your state board if you’re unsure about specific requirements.

How do I update my email or account information?
Log in to your account and go to “My Profile” to update your information anytime.

Is there a group or enterprise plan for firms?
Yes! If you’re interested in group or enterprise plans, please contact brion@everydayCPE.com.

Can I download course materials or transcripts?
Not yet, but we’re working on turning each lesson into a dedicated webpage for easier reference. We’ll keep you updated.

Do I need to pass a final exam?
Yes. To earn credit, you must complete a short quiz (two questions) with a perfect score. If you don’t pass, you’ll need to rewatch the course and try again.

My work manages my CPE for me can I still get credit for these courses?

Yes! You can manually add courses to your CPE tracker. Most allow you to search for NASBA registered sponsors. Search for “EverydayCPE” and log your credits!
